Trekking from Gardeccia to the Sasso Piatto hut.
A trekking through a unique, rewarding and diversified beautiful landscape. On the first day we will cross the meadows of Gardeccia, at the foothills of the spectacular Vajolet towers, where will have a yoga lesson dedicated to the Earth. This yoga lesson is created to develop awareness and create the base for a steady and a present mind. The following day, we will hike uphill to reach the Passo Principe hut, where we will take a break and maybe have some good cake or eat some snacks. This particular mountain hut is nestled in the rock, amidst vertical mountains and pure and uncontaminated air. From there, our hike will continue through a lunar landscape up to the crystal clear Antermoia lake, where we will practice a yoga lesson dedicated to Water and body fluids. During this hike, in addition to walking among the most stunning peaks of the Catinaccio, you will see some of the other most important dolomitic mountain ranges like the Sella Group, Sasso Lungo Group and the great Marmolada glacier. Despite the absence of vegetation at the top, it will not be difficult to meet groups of chamois or other mountain animals. On the last day, we will walk down the Duron valley, crossing green pastures and typical cabins. The next and final yoga class will be held there. This one will be dedicated to the Sun, with a specific focus on energy. We will recover the energy used during the trekking and metabolize the inner journey that took place in the days spent together, working through the fire of your own inner sun.
We will then continue to the Sasso Piatto hut where we will find a 360° view over the Dolomites. The fresh air and the panorama over the largest plateau in Europe will feel like being in heaven. On the following day the trail gets flat up to the Col Rodella cable car, which will take us back to Campitello and down in the valley.
