YOGA AND MEDITATION
Yoga is the care of your body, health, relaxation, awareness, it brings us to build strength, physical and mental balance.
Fears, habits and unconscious thoughts can be a heavy baggage that weighs us down, affecting our mental and physical freedom. The mind is a labyrinth; yoga are the wings that allow us to observe the labyrinth from above.
Tania Detomas is a yoga instructor with over than 10 years of experience in yoga and meditation classes, she received her diploma in 2009 from the Ananda Ashram. She studies oriental philosophy and continues to deepen his knowledge of Yoga and Meditation. She founded the Samoy Association for the development and the divulgation of Yoga and Meditation. She has the first and second level of ATB (awareness through out the body). Now she is finishing a three year course in counseling at the International Institute for Psychosynthetic Education in Trento. With her passion for meditation and evolutionary techniques, she continues her studies of spiritual texts through teachings and retreats.
Yoga for all levels and styles: Integral Yoga, Vinyasaflow, yoga of breathing, private lesson or Yoga Therapy and meditation groups.

TYPES OF LESSONS
Integral Yoga: Slow movements to stretch our muscles and stabilize the mind. The result is an enjoyable freedom of movements and mental peace.
Vinyasa Yoga: Modern yoga style created by more dynamic movements. The result is the development of elasticity, physical strength and coordination. our mind is trained to deal with the constant and natural changes of the world.
Yoga of Breathing: The breath is the connection between our body and our emotions. learning how to breath correctly creates an internal space and psyco-physical balance.
Private lesson or Yoga Therapy: a personal class that focuses on the personal needs.

- Canazei, Fassa valley: every monday and fryday from 10:30 to 11:30
- Alba di Canazei, Fassa valley: every tuesday from 20:10 to 21:40 pm
- Vigo di Fassa: every tuesday and friday from 18:00 to 19:30 pm and every monday and wednesday from 16:00 to 17:30 pm

Private Individual, private groups or Yoga Therapy.
Private individual and private group instruction can be a great way to team build on your corporate retreat or just enjoy time with friends during a weekend getaway. Your instructor will spend some time in advance determining your preferences and goals to tailor the experience specifically for your group or single person. The class duration is 1 hour, but other durations can be arranged depends of the necessities and objective that we have chosen together.
We will do our very best to make your private session a memorable part of your Dolomites experience.

- Classes in Predazzo: every friday from 20.00 to 21.00. Location: at the FisicaMente building at first floor, via Fiamme Gialle n° 42, Predazzo, Fiemme Valley TN.
